Service description

Ohwait is an AI workspace for product appearance design exploration, production communication references, sales visuals, Design Profiles, asset libraries and Oi-assisted workflows.

Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping login credentials secure. You should provide accurate account and billing information when using paid features.

User content

You retain rights to content you upload or enter. You grant Ohwait a limited license to process, store, transmit, generate, edit and display that content only as needed to provide the service.

AI output

• AI output may be inaccurate, non-unique or visually similar to existing products or protected designs.
• Ohwait does not guarantee that generated content is manufacturable, marketable, patentable, trademarkable or non-infringing.
• Before production, sale, advertising or IP filing, you should perform human review, legal review, engineering validation and market checks.

Prohibited uses

• Do not upload or generate illegal, infringing, abusive, fraudulent, hateful, sexually explicit or malicious content.
• Do not upload third-party confidential material, logos, copyrighted images or sensitive personal data unless you have the right to use them.
• Do not attack, scrape, bypass limits, reverse engineer or abuse the service.

Payments and credits

Paid plans, subscriptions or credit packages may have different prices, limits, expiration rules and refund rules. Failed generations caused by service errors may be eligible for automatic credit return or support review.
